Ryder System, Inc. completed the previously announced purchase of substantially all the assets of Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd. (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics Ltd. (CRSA), as well as the CRSA operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. The businesses will now operate as Ryder Transpacific Container Terminal (TCTL) and Ryder CRSA Logistics.

The joining of CRSA Logistics & TCTL with Ryder will create a strong, experienced partnership providing complementary end-to-end logistics services. Doug Stewart, President of TCTL and CRSA Logistics, and David Seath, Vice President of CRSA Logistics, will continue to lead the Canada-based and Asian operations as part of Ryder’s Canadian management team.

One of the reasons this announcement makes so much sense is that Ryder, CRSA Logistics and TCTL have long legacies of providing unwavering excellence to our customers. As a combined organization, we will expand on this foundation of excellence and bring value to the supply chains of our combined customer base.
