Ryder System, Inc. completed the previously announced purchase of the assets of Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd. (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics Ltd. The businesses will now operate as Ryder Transpacific Container Terminal (TCTL) and Ryder CRSA Logistics. 

Ryder is honoured to have such a reputable portfolio of business become a part of the Ryder family. We are pleased that both Doug Stewart and David Seath will continue to manage the respective businesses and maintain the quality relationships and high levels of outstanding customer service that you are known for.
